Fair Pay UK brings claims for current and former store workers at Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury's stores in England, Scotland and Wales. Claims can go back up to 6 years (or 5.5 years if you’re in Scotland), so if you worked for any of them during that time, it's worth checking, even if you've since left.
Whether you can join may depend on your supermarket, your role, when you worked there and your individual circumstances. The eligibility check takes 60 seconds and is the quickest way to find out.
